3.1 Order Placement & Confirmation

When you submit an order through the Website, you make a binding offer to purchase the requested products. We reserve the right to accept or reject your offer in our sole discretion.

An order is only confirmed when we send a formal "Order Confirmation" email to you, verifying product availability, pricing, and shipping details. Prior to confirmation, we may cancel or modify the order without liability.

3.2 Payment Terms

Accepted Methods: We accept payments via major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club), PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. All transactions are encrypted with SSL technology for security.

Pricing & Accuracy: Prices are quoted in USD unless stated otherwise. We strive for pricing accuracy, but errors may occur. If a pricing error is identified after order confirmation, we will notify you promptly. You may choose to cancel the order for a full refund or proceed at the correct price with a 5% goodwill discount.

Additional Fees: Prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, local handling fees, or other third-party charges. You are solely responsible for all such fees, which are due upon delivery.

3.3 Order Cancellation & Modification

By You: Orders may be canceled or modified only if we have not yet processed or shipped the order. To request cancellation, contact our support team immediately—we cannot guarantee approval once processing has begun.

By Us: We may cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, suspected fraud, invalid payment information, violations of these Terms, or regulatory restrictions. If canceled, we will issue a full refund within 3 business days.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Estimates: Delivery timelines are approximate and provided for reference only (see our Shipping Policy for details). We do not guarantee delivery dates, as delays may occur due to customs processing, weather, logistics disruptions, or other unforeseen events.

Risk of Loss: Risk of loss or damage to products transfers to you upon delivery (as confirmed by carrier receipt). For Users in the EU/EEA or jurisdictions with mandatory cooling-off periods, risk remains with us until the cooling-off period expires (14 days from delivery).

International Shipping: You are responsible for complying with all import laws and regulations of your destination country. We provide necessary documentation (HS codes, commercial invoices) to facilitate customs clearance, but we are not liable for customs delays or refusals.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Our full Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy applies to all purchases and is incorporated herein. Key provisions include:

Eligibility: Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging (unboxing for inspection only does not disqualify the product).

Refund Processing: Refunds (less applicable return shipping fees) are initiated within 3 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product. Funds are credited to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Return Shipping: You bear return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective product, wrong item, or misrepresentation). In such cases, we provide a prepaid shipping label. No restocking fees are charged.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom products, final sale items, and products damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.

Governing Law:

For consumers in the EU/EEA, UK, US, Australia, or New Zealand: These Terms are governed by the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence (local law prevails in case of conflict).

For all other Users: These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, excluding conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution:

Negotiation: Parties shall attempt to resolve disputes amicably through good-faith negotiations within 15 days of notice of the dispute.

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR): If negotiation fails, you may use local ADR services (e.g., EU ODR Platform: https://ec.europa.eu/odr) or file a claim in the exclusive jurisdiction of the Wuhan East Lake High-Tech Development Zone People’s Court, China.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, wars, government actions, logistics disruptions, or power outages. We will notify you of such delays and make reasonable efforts to mitigate their impact.

12. Termination

By Us: We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice (via email or Website posting). Reasons for termination include violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or inactivity for 12 consecutive months.

By You: You may terminate these Terms at any time by ceasing use of the Services and closing your account (if applicable).

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, all licenses granted herein shall expire, and you shall cease all use of the Services. Sections related to intellectual property, liability limitation, indemnification, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.
